By functioning as a collective enterprise, the company enables farmers to pool their resources, share knowledge and best practices, achieve economies of scale, and participate more effectively across the agricultural value chain—from input procurement and production to aggregation, value addition, and marketing. Through these interventions, LAPCL seeks to enhance farm productivity, increase farmers' incomes, and build a sustainable and resilient agricultural ecosystem.
